As a Blender Operator, you will be responsible for operating industrial blending machines to mix ingredients according to precise recipes and production standards. This role plays a vital part in ensuring product consistency, safety, and quality.Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor blending machines and equipment
- Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to production instructions
- Ensure proper blending of products based on recipes and batch records
- Maintain accurate records of batches and production logs
- Clean and sanitize blending equipment and work areas according to food safety standards
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and quality control staff
- Previous experience in a food manufacturing or blending environment preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a physically active role (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work in a factory environment with varying temperatures
