  • You will manage a diverse caseload of property transactions-including acquisitions, disposals, leasehold matters, development projects, landlord and tenant issues, property finance, and commercial licences.
  • The appointed commercial property solicitor will deliver exceptional client service and build strong client relationships.
  • Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' PQE in commercial property law, with a proven track record in landlord & tenant and property finance matters and be able to demonstrate strong commercial awareness.
  • You will have exceptional communication and client handling skills, with the ability to deal with clients from a wide range of business sectors.
  • The firm is also interested in Senior Solicitors who have their own network of contacts and are in a position to discuss a clear path to partnership, if not an immediate one.
