Post-evaluation of activity within account with learnings appliedFORECASTING, EVALUATION AND DEVELOPMENTAnalysis of sales out data with full ownership of performance reporting
Ensure accurate forecasts of base, promotional & feature volume and point of sale material, with subsequent evaluation of activities undertaken for future implementation
Track development of the account to be able to make well informed, accurate and timely business decisions
Management alongside the NAM of finance and operations cycles including Month End CloseCUSTOMER CONTACT STRATEGYProactively manage customer contact strategy to remove obstacles to progress
Hold timely meetings with key contacts to ensure development of overall business plan in conjunction with the National Account ManagerRED BULL CONTACT STRATEGYBuild and maintain internal and external contact strategy to help meet overall account KPI's
Collaborate with field sales, supply chain, net revenue management, commercial finance, category management and shopper marketingBRAND ADVOCATETo be a brand advocate to your customer, the trade and Red Bull and mirror the brand values in order to deliver enhanced brand perception at all timesEXPERIENCEYour areas of knowledge and expertisethat matter most for this role:
- Proven track record of achievement within a commercial and customer management environment
- Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills
- Proven ability to handle, evaluate and utilise sales data and insights effectively
- Evidence of supporting, executing and delivering business plans and/or KPI's
- Self-starter with a focus on results and the customer
- Travel 20-30%
