As the IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and driving forward improvements within IT services to enhance the user experience in line with the wider business strategy.Responsibilities:Management of the global infrastructure estate (servers, networking equipment, etc.), including maintenance tasks and deployment projects for new technologies/capabilitiesAdministration, troubleshooting and deployment of Microsoft identity management technologiesAdministration, troubleshooting and deployment of LAN solutionsSupporting Security Specialists on InfoSec-related infrastructure tasksCollaborating with solution implementers where expert infrastructure knowledge is requiredProviding feedback to the Infrastructure Manager on evolving practices, technologies, and opportunitiesWorking with IT Business Partners to set expectations and develop communications around impactful changesActing as a line 3 escalation point for IT Service Desk colleaguesRequired Experience & Qualifications:5+ years’ experience as an Infrastructure Specialist or Infrastructure EngineerIT professional qualifications relating to the listed technologies (desirable)Experience within a manufacturing or similar industrial environment (desirable)Essential Skills:Fluency in Spanish and EnglishMicrosoft Windows Server (Active Directory, Group Policy)Microsoft 365, including EntraIDCisco and/or Aruba wired and wireless LAN technologiesVMware vSphere and/or Microsoft HyperVDesirable Skills:Microsoft PowershellMobile Device Management (InTune, Apple Business Manager)Microsoft SQL ServerMicrosoft Office technologiesCato NetworksPalo Alto FirewallsCrowdstrikeVeeam and/or AvePointOT-related technologies (e.g. Siemens, Rockwell)Core Behaviours:Strong communication skillsCollaborationCustomer focusProblem-solvingContinuous improvement mindsetPlanning and organisationTo be considered for this opportunity please apply today and Sophie at Nine Twenty will be in touch!
