We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Property Solicitor to join a growing managed legal services team in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one large corporate client and manage their property workThe Commercial Property Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;

Working as a senior legal advisor on asset management for clients with an extensive property portfolio
Ensure compliance with all regulations and codes of practice affecting client's portfolio
Leading negotiation, drafting and oversight of leases, licences, variations, surrenders, extensions, consents and related agreements
Proactively managing legal risks, especially those unique to the client industry
Leading, managing and developing a team of legal professionals, sharing expertise in asset management fostering a high-performance culture
Acting as the main legal point of contact for the client and internal teams, offering insights and solutions that align with the client's strategic goals

Work as part of a global law firm in their managed legal services teamCompetitive salary and benefits on offerThe successful Commercial Property Solicitor should have:

Qualified solicitor likely to be around 7 years plus PQE
Proven experience handling complex property transactions and asset management work
Ties to Leeds
An interest in managed legal services

The client is a global law firm with a large office in central Leeds. This role is working as part of their established managed legal services team who act for major clients of the firm dealing with their commercial property work.

Competitive salary in the range of £80000 to £95000.
