Their goal? To help each child build confidence, meet challenging goals and develop a lifelong love for learning.💼 The Role: Social & Emotional Youth Worker✨ Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs.
📚 Assist the class teacher with learning activities, classroom management, and resource preparation.
💡 Encourage and motivate pupils to engage fully in their learning.
🤝 Support pupils with their social and emotional development, promoting positive behaviour.
🌟 Help create an inclusive, safe, and nurturing learning environment.👤 We’re looking for someone who:✅ Have previous experience working with children (school-based experience desirable but not essential).
✅ Be patient, caring, and adaptable, with a positive attitude.
✅ Demonstrate good communication and teamwork skills.
✅ Be committed to supporting the needs of all learners.
