Salary: The salary range for this position is £68,000 - £76,000 per year. The base salary offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) will be provided as part of the compensation package.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday in-office, Friday remote

As a Pricing Manager for the UK & Ireland, you'll own strategies that balance customer value, supplier growth, and long-term margins. You'll use advanced analytics and financial modelling to drive key decisions, present insights to senior leadership, and guide a high-performing team of analysts. This is a high-impact, commercially strategic role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data and decision-making.ResponsibilitiesOptimise Pricing & Margins - design and execute pricing strategies that drive growth and profitabilityForecasting & Financial Planning - partner with Finance on modelling, scenario planning, and investment decisionsData-Driven Insights - use SQL, Excel, BigQuery, Python/R to analyse trends and predict outcomesInfluence Leadership - present risks, opportunities, and recommendations to senior stakeholdersCross-Functional Collaboration - align with Finance, Marketing, Supplier Partnerships, Engineering, and AnalyticsLead & Mentor - coach junior analysts and foster a collaborative, high-performance teamQualificationsProven experience in pricing or a related analytical fieldStrong skills in SQL and Excel (BigQuery and Python/R a plus)Commercial mindset with ability to balance customer, supplier, and profitability goalsSkilled at turning complex data into actionable business strategiesConfident communicator with experience influencing senior stakeholdersStructured, proactive problem-solver in fast-paced environmentsBackground in eCommerce, retail, or consumer goods a plus (not required)Why Join?
