1st and 2nd line IT support for business applications, systems, and networks, emphasizing analytical problem-solving to address issues effectively
Ownership of the service desk and ticket management with detailed and systematic approach to ensure SLA’s are met or exceeded
Analysis of recurring issues, identifying root causes, and proposing solutions to enhance service stability and prevent future occurrences
Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems
Monitor IT infrastructure's dashboards, applying critical thinking to pre-empt and resolve issues before they impact operations
Diagnose and address software and hardware malfunctions, employing a systematic approach
Maintenance of both technical and end-user knowledge base
IT asset management and procurement of IT peripherals
Collaborate and assist in the roll out of IT projects, both locally and in collaboration with other teams
Train end-users on new and existing IT solutions, tailoring instruction to maximize the effectiveness of available technology.
Work with external organizations, suppliers and contractors when required
Cooperation with other teams to deliver the IS/IT goals and objectives
Second line IT support - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
A proven track record of interest and expertise in IT/Technology, with a focus on detail-oriented problem-solving
Strong troubleshooting skills paired with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office 365 suite
Basic understanding of networking in a business environment
An understanding of mobile technology and its application in a business context
Ability to deliver both pro-active and reactive support to end users, with a focus on detailed, customer-centric solutions
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
Ability to communicate effectively with people at different levels of seniority
Occasional weekend work
Second line IT support - Desirable Skills/Experience/Knowledge:
KACE Systems Management Appliance experience
KACE Cloud Mobile Device Manager
Basic SharePoint Online administration
BMC Helix ITSM Service Desk
Delivering end-user training
