Contract Type: Full-Time, PermanentThe RoleWe are seeking a skilled Cladding Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of cladding projects across Essex and the South East. Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing site teams, ensuring high-quality installation, and maintaining compliance with safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise cladding installation teams on site.Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to specification.Coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors.Carry out toolbox talks, site inductions, and H&S checks.Report progress and issues to the Contracts Manager.Maintain quality control and adherence to regulations.Support resolution of site-based technical or logistical issues.Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience as a Supervisor or Site Manager in cladding, façades, or building envelope works.Strong knowledge of cladding systems, building regulations, and fire safety.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to read drawings and ensure correct installation.CSCS Card, SSSTS/SMSTS essential.First Aid at Work (preferred).BenefitsSalary: £50,000 (DOE).Company vehicle or allowance.Pension scheme and career development opportunities.Supportive working environment with focus on safety and quality.
