- Lead and manage the Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) team to ensure effective prioritisation and support for business needs.
- Provide accurate and timely onboarding guidance to front office teams for both prospects and existing clients.
- Oversee the flow of new accounts, ensuring prioritisation aligns with business requirements.
- Maintain and update client static data, bank forms, and tax documentation throughout the client lifecycle (e.g. new accounts, address changes, authorised signatory updates, periodic review amendments).
- Ensure the timely processing of signature verification, e-banking access requests, and other client instructions.
- Manage periodic uploads to internal systems and oversee the checking and archiving of original client documentation.
- Own and maintain relevant internal manuals and documentation relating to client lifecycle and compliance processes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new account and product setup within the London office.
- Prepare and deliver management information for relevant committees and stakeholders.
- Provide compliance and financial crime advisory input and subject matter expertise for relevant tasks and change initiatives.
- Deliver CLM-related training to front office staff and other key stakeholders.
- Provide additional support for client workflows during team absences.
- Support internal and external reviews and audits related to CLM processes.
- Manage or support ad hoc projects to remediate data and improve processes.
- Maintain awareness of regulatory principles (e.g. FCA Consumer Duty) and proactively identify and escalate any concerns impacting client outcomes.
- Strong experience within a Wealth Manager or Private Bank.
- Solid hands-on experience across the full client lifecycle - including onboarding, periodic reviews, ongoing maintenance, and offboarding.
- Extensive hands-on experience managing client onboarding across multiple jurisdictions, with a solid understanding of local regulatory requirements and cross-border complexities.
- Proven experience in conducting tailored due diligence, including standard, enhanced, and ongoing KYC reviews, depending on client risk profile and type (HNWIs, corporates, trusts, and intermediaries).
- Team management experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to commit to 5 days a week in the office.
