- Liaising with our clients, supporting them with any queries they may have
- Supporting with clients repairs, invoices and quotes
- Managing sales orders, liaising with engineers and ensuring exceptional customer service is provided at all times
- Ensuring the system is updated regularly and all information is logged correctly
- Previous customer service experience with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- To be able to work well in a team environment
- To be able to demonstrate a proactive attitude
- To be comfortable communicating with customers over the phone and engineers in branch
- Previous administration experience is desirable
