Start Date: 18/08/2025We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading facilities management company, for an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis at their Maidenhead site.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in facilities or office coordination who is looking for stable, full-time work through to the end of the year.Key Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day coordination of on-site facilities services
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Log and track maintenance issues and service requests
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
- Assist in managing building access, security, and office supplies
- General administrative support for the facilities team
- Previous experience in a facilities or office coordination role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident using computer systems and managing admin tasks
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence and own transport required
