You'll be speaking with warm leads and existing customers, uncovering their needs, and offering tailored solutions that genuinely make a difference. If you're proactive, personable, and motivated by results, we'll give you the tools and support to earn over £50,000 a year - and enjoy the ride while doing it.What You'll Be Doing:Engaging with existing and potential customers over the phone - no cold calling!
Building trusted relationships by providing helpful, honest product/service advice.
Spotting opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based on customer needs.
Managing your own pipeline, following up on warm leads, and hitting realistic sales targets.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
About You:A confident, friendly communicator who loves speaking to people.
Motivated by targets, rewards, and making a real impact.
Previous telesales, customer service, or contact centre experience is ideal - but your attitude and willingness to learn matter more.
Resilient, positive, and able to work at a fast pace with accuracy and care.
What You'll Get in Return:£23,000 base salary with uncapped commission (OTE £50,000+ achievable!)
