- Design and expand training and development programmes based on the needs of the organisation
- Deliver appropriate training programs externally to stakeholders
- Advising Senior Management of any changes to the training we provide which may be required to meet legislative requirements.
- Arranging and providing bespoke training updates for all staff
- Assisting all staff with additional training support e.g. NVQ/QCF/SVQ
- Keeping accurate training records for all staff
- Support in accessing training from local funding sources
- Assisting and contributing towards Quarterly Care Professional team meetings
- Regular contact with all Care Professionals through mentorship programme and QA process
- Support with Observational Monitoring/Spot Checks as and when required
- Support with Care Professional Inductions including observations to assess competence in line with the Care Certificate
- Support Care Professionals with personal development plans.
- Regularly review and update with changes forwarded by National Office
- Covering care shifts as and when required
- Participate in out of hours “on call” rota
- Provide up to date hand over for out of hours cover
