SEN Teaching Assistant - Bristol
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: £90-£95/day (DOE)
Contract: Full-time, Term-Time OnlyWe're looking for a committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Bristol this September. This role involves working with pupils across various key stages, offering one-to-one and small group support for students with needs such as autism, ADHD, speech & language difficulties, and SEMH challenges.What you'll do:
  • Support pupils with SEN in accessing learning
  • Deliver tailored interventions and assist with EHCPs
  • Build strong relationships and encourage pupil independence
  • Adapt resources and classroom strategies
  • Assist with personal care if required
What we're looking for:
  • Experience supporting children or young people with SEN
  • Patient, flexible, and passionate about inclusive education
  • GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
