An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse working within Badenoch & Strathspey. This is a permanent, part time 30hrs week post based in the Integrated Office of the new community Hospital in Aviemore, working 9 - 5pm four days a week, with normally one weekend a month. The role involves the assessment, planning, implementing and evaluation of care in conjunction with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure high quality evidence based holistic care. This care can be delivered in the community care homes and the ITR clinic. The applicant should be motivated, keen to learn, develop new skills and enthusiastic about Community Nursing. Community experience would be advantageous but not essential, consideration also given to newly qualified staff. There is also a small on-call commitment, full current driving licence and access to car essential.
