We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our dynamic catering team at a prestigious Private School close to Worthing, delivering high-quality meals in a rewarding and structured environment.What You'll Be Doing:
- Preparing and presenting fresh, nutritious meals to students and staff
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety
- Contributing to menu development and innovation
- Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen
- A passion for food and a commitment to excellence
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of straight shifts and alternate weekends
- Competitive salary of £29,000
