- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Efficiently process returns, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Track customer items and provide updates as needed.
- Assist with general office duties to support the team.
- Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (early finish Friday)
- Proficient in Microsoft software, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
