- Support the organisation's wider objectives by contributing to strategic development plans.
- Relevant qualifications in property management, construction, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end property development projects.
- Strong knowledge of regulations and compliance standards within the property sector.
- Excellent budgeting and financial management skills.
