- Prepare and present detailed project proposals and reports to stakeholders.

- Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant public sector policies and regulations.
- Support the negotiation of contracts and agreements related to property acquisitions.
- Provide expert advice on property management and development strategies.
- Proven experience in property acquisition or housing development within the public sector.
- A strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
- Knowledge of relevant public sector regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, such as property management or real estate.
- Proficiency in preparing reports and presenting complex information clearly.
- Competitive hourly rate of approximately £25 to £35 per hour, commensurate with experience.
