As a CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE in our MEDIA CITY, MANCHESTER, on a 12 month fixed term basis, we’ll be looking to you to support the end‐to‐end order management process for the Kellanova organization in support of the MENAT Supply Chain Team’s strategic objectives.Your role will be based from our office in Media City, Salford on a Hybrid basis. This is a 12 month fixed term contract role.What We Offer

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
  • Serve as a single order management point of contact for assigned customers and sales teams.
  • Manage fulfilment of customer orders to ensure consistent and reliable performance.
  • Manage the customer order process and interaction from order placement to order receipt.
  • Perform analysis and communications to reduce/eliminate pricing discrepancies, OS&D, and returns.
  • Maintain a full understanding of customers’ strategies, policies, and key personnel, as well as Kellogg’s terms of sale, internal policies, and key personnel.
  • Facilitate order management problem resolution including order hold/release, EDI/Invoicing issues, Pricing issues.
  • Manage credit risk and order hold decisions.
  • GAAP, SOX and audit requirements
  • Trend analysis to drive continuous improvement related to order management processes and systems.
Your Recipe for Success
  • Experience in Supply Chain customer service/logistics/planning
  • Customer relationship management experience
  • Computer skills, including experience with SAP, ERP systems and MS Office
  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management principles including customer service, collections, deductions, and related activities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Deep analytical and problem‐solving skills
  • Strong negotiation and decision‐making skills
