If yes, we have the opportunity for you!GXO are looking for a Warehouse Team Leaders to join our team in Southampton. You will lead a high performing team of flexible and engaged colleagues, focusing on always delivering operational excellence.You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis working hours Monday - Friday with weekend working on a rota basis, shift patterns available of 7:30am-3:30pm or 1:30pm-10pmPay, benefits and more:You'll be paid a salary of up to £29,000 per annum.   • Responsible for daily supervision of Operatives and agency staff in line with operational requirements
  • Ensure systems are utilised to enable the operation to run daily
  • Responsible for overseeing replenishment, DRP, picking, packing, returns & shipping
  • Understand resource requirement based on forecasts, and complete daily booking of agency staff
  • Ensure that Quality, Health & Safety and operational procedures are maintained, that all incidents are reported in an accurate & timely manner as per company standard
What you need to succeed at GXO:
  • Experience within a team leader role within a fast faced logistics environment
  • Be a natural leader, able to coach others to drive and implement change
  • Experience managing conflicting priorities, with the ability to plan and organise a warehouse operation
  • Strong IT skills, including warehouse systems and Microsoft Office
