Morar ward is a 24-bed adult acute admissions ward who provides care for patients in Highland.We are looking for a motivated, hardworking, dynamic, and innovative individual who has experience working in mental health. The successful candidate will be able to lead the team on a day-to-day basis and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
The role will include supporting the band 7 charge nurse in meeting training and appraisal targets , delivering and coordinating supervision sessions, developing and managing rosters.The successful candidate will be a hands-on clinical leader who will provide expertise on mental health to our multi-disciplinary team.For informal enquiries please contact tom.mcgreavy@nhs.scotThis role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker visa or a Health and Care Worker visa.
