- Lead the design process on major construction projects from tender through to completion
- Collaborate closely with pre-construction, delivery and commercial teams
- Liaise with clients, architects, consultants and internal stakeholders to manage design intent and ensure delivery excellence
- Mentor junior team members, with the potential to step into a Regional Design Lead role in the near future
- Proven experience as a Design Manager or Senior Design Manager within a main contractor
- Strong understanding of the building design process and construction methods
- Excellent leadership, coordination and communication skills
- Ambition to develop into a senior regional leadership role
