Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, delivering exceptional service at all times
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing customers, promoting the full range of products to maximise sales opportunities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and market awareness
  • Prepare tailored sales quotations and follow up proactively to secure business
  • Maintain accurate customer records and manage sales administration efficiently
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to drive overall business success
About You
  • Previous experience in a sales role-ideally as a Sales Account Manager, or a Sales Administrator looking to step up
  • A strong understanding of sales processes, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator with superb interpersonal skills and the ability to influence at all levels
  • Results-focused, proactive, and motivated by achieving and exceeding targets
  • IT literate, with solid knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
