Reporting to the Head of Finance, this is a high-impact role with visibility across senior leadership and Group-level initiatives.You'll be hands-on with performance reporting, forecasting and planning while also driving data-led insights that shape strategic decisions. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-led environment and enjoys turning numbers into narratives.What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with business leaders to deliver accurate, insightful weekly/monthly reporting to the Assure Senior Leadership Team.
- Lead the annual budget and quarterly reforecasting cycles ensuring clarity, accuracy, and commercial insight.
- Develop and enhance dashboard reporting and analytics using Power BI and Tableau.
- Identify and implement improvements across financial processes, tools, and systems (P&L, working capital, capex).
- Provide strategic finance support to cross-functional initiatives and transformation projects across the Group.
- Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA) or equivalent.
- 3+ years' experience in FP&A or commercial finance roles within industry (not audit or banking).
- Strong financial modelling and Excel skills (pivot tables, scenario modelling, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau; familiarity with Workday Adaptive Insights is a plus.
- A strategic thinker who can turn data into action and proactively contribute ideas.
