- In person training with the customer is a requirement of the role (clients offices nationwide)
- Installation of HV equipment as required
- Support users with Concierge HV inquiries via email and/or phone
- Provide support to the Dwellant Concierge HV Specialist
- Share Concierge HV product knowledge and new solutions with the Support Team
- Pack and distribute the hardware kit and consumables and deliver them to the client site(s) (by courier)
- Maintain an inventory of Concierge HV consumables and hardware
- An understanding of how customer support services work
- Previous experience of working within a concierge position
- The desire to learn
- Empathy and understanding of others
- Enthusiasm to train customers and others
- Good listening and communication skills
- An eye for detail and a liking to problem-solve
- Excellent time management and able to manage multiple tasks
- The willingness to improve and be part of a team
