This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to recovery-focused care using a biopsychosocial approach, within a dynamic and supportive multidisciplinary setting.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a caseload of up to 21 clients, providing tailored, person-centred care plans.Deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy interventions focused on recovery, independence, and well-being.Undertake comprehensive assessments and develop individualised care plans to promote optimal outcomes.Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic service delivery.Participate in regular case reviews, team meetings, and service improvement discussions.RequirementsHCPC registration (Occupational Therapist).Full UK driving licence (required for community-based travel).Why This Role?✔ Flexible Working Options
