- Maintain and manage internal databases and records, ensuring accuracy at all times.
- Use Excel for data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet creation.
- Assist with document preparation, including reports, presentations, and other administrative materials.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and other diary management duties.
- Handle general administrative duties such as filing, correspondence, and responding to enquiries.
- Provide professional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Support wider team with ad hoc projects and tasks as required.
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, spreadsheets).
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
