
Data Platform Senior Operations Analyst

- Work with TCS colleagues and delivery teams to ensure that all data incidents are managed successfully and resolved within agreed timescales.
- Work with the Service and Operations Manager to identify and develop improvements and automations that deliver an enhanced customer experience.
- Ensure that timely and accurate incident and maintenance communication is available to colleagues.
- Support in the delivery of audits and usage reporting.
- Work closely with the delivery and platform teams to create a forward-looking capacity plan for the data platform.
- Work closely with our Data DevOps, TCS and delivery team colleagues to identify and deliver improvements to the technical operational support that we provide.
- A data-driven and collaborative practitioner, with experience working in a complex global organisation.
- Experience in a Databricks environment, with a focus on best practice user query tuning.
- Technical training experience, particularly in SQL.
- Experience working in organisations with highly matrixed teams, with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience using data to identify trends, generate insights and problem solve.
- Experienced in resolving issues, delivering improvement initiatives, iterating and evolving processes and ways of working.
- The ability to work across multiple teams and drive overall success, independent of organisational boundaries.
