- Develop and deliver the station safety, security, and incident response plans in line with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and audit station activities to identify risks and implement effective controls.
- Meet budgetary targets while protecting company assets and reputation, managing OPEX budgets and expenditure with train operating companies.
- Coordinate with local stakeholders and construction projects to maintain safe and effective operations.
- Ensure compliance with all industry standards, including the national railway security programme, national operating procedures, and the Rule Book.
- Engage with senior stakeholders - from government officials to VIPs - while shaping asset management strategies that improve income, enhance retail offerings, and elevate the overall passenger experience.
