We're looking for committed and empathetic individuals to join schools as a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant.This role is an excellent opportunity to:*Work closely with pupils who have additional learning needs, such as autism, ADHD, or speech and language difficulties
*Learn about inclusive classroom strategies and gain insight into how children with SEN are supportedThis role would suit graduates from fields such as:*Psychology
*Education or Childhood Studies
*Or any degree subject, provided you have a strong interest in working with children and young peopleThe Ideal Candidate Will Be:*A graduate (from 2023, 2024, or 2025)
*Calm, patient, and keen to learn
*Confident in engaging with children with varying learning needs
*Available full-time during term-time from September
