- Technical: Demonstrated technical proficiency in Power BI, Azure DevOps toolset, and the Microsoft Suite for comprehensive data analysis, project management, and productivity tasks.
- At least a 2:1 degree in Business Information Technology or business-related subject; project management and/or general business management; related IT experience
- 0-2 Years Experience
- Previous internship or project experience is a plus.

- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to support project development and decision-making.
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support Program Management, methodology control and governance.
- Work closely with team members to implement and iterate on project strategies and support embedding common programme delivery methodology.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and key milestones.
- Support the development of, managing, and improvement of stakeholder relations.
- Contribute creative ideas and insights to enhance project outcomes.
- Work with development teams to advise and contribute to improvements to operational stability.
- Support the management, acceptance and adoption of changes across the business.
- Assist in the adoption of organisational change management principles and practice by delivery team.
- Contribute to the continuous development and improvement of R&D processes, adding value through optimization, automation and effective reporting.
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of the Special Projects Team.
