This is a term-time only opportunity ideal for individuals looking to work part-time with a structured schedule and exceptional benefits.Why join our client?
  • You will play a key role in transporting learners between college campuses and designated pick-up points in the community.
  • Your work will support access to education for young people, with added responsibilities in fleet upkeep and day-to-day vehicle coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Transporting students between sites and community pick-up locations following college policy
  • Conducting daily safety and maintenance checks on vehicles, keeping accurate records and reporting faults
  • Supporting fleet coordination by assisting with vehicle bookings and compliance
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of vehicles
  • Assisting on college trips and external visits as required
What we're looking for:
  • A full UK driving licence with no endorsements, held for at least two years
  • MIDAS Minibus Driver Training completed, or willingness to undertake training
  • Experience driving small to medium vans or minibuses
  • Flexibility and a proactive attitude to last-minute scheduling changes
  • A professional, confidential approach with a commitment to safeguarding
  • Must be willing or hold a current ENHANCED DBS
  • Willingness to complete relevant training, including Safeguarding and First Aid at Work
