This is a business with global reach and offers career progression & training.Calibration Engineer duties:As a Calibration Engineer, you will:
- Perform dimensional and/or electrical calibration of measurement instruments to national and in-house standards
- Maintain calibration tools, equipment, and records to UKAS or equivalent standards
- Troubleshoot and support calibration systems and measurement environments
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives and internal/external audits
- Work closely with a collaborative team of engineers and technicians
- Proven experience in dimensional calibration, electrical calibration, or both
- Knowledge of metrology, measurement principles, and traceability standards
- Ideally, experience working in a UKAS-accredited environment
- Strong attention to detail, methodical thinking, and technical precision
- A practical, team-focused mindset with a strong work ethic
