A well-established law firm based in London is currently seeking a Property Paralegal to join one of their specialist New Build conveyancing teams. Working directly alongside two senior solicitors, including a partner, this is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Property Paralegal with a background in residential property to further develop their experience in a busy and supportive team environment.The successful Property Paralegal will be involved in a high-volume caseload, acting predominantly for purchasers of new build and shared ownership properties. This role is ideal for a Property Paralegal who enjoys fast-paced work and is keen to build their expertise within a dynamic and collaborative legal team. This is a permanent, full-time role based in the firm’s London office, offering exposure to high-quality work and excellent mentorship from experienced practitioners.The Property Paralegal’s roleAs a Property Paralegal, your responsibilities will include:Supporting the team on a range of residential conveyancing matters, with a particular focus on new build and shared ownership transactionsManaging key stages of the conveyancing process, including dealing with enquiries, liaising with clients, developers, and lendersDrafting and reviewing contracts and transfer documentationEnsuring all deadlines are met and files are maintained in accordance with firm policiesUsing the LEAP case management system to progress matters efficientlyThe Property ParalegalThe ideal Property Paralegal will have:At least 12 months of experience in a residential property or conveyancing roleA solid understanding of new build and shared ownership purchasesStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExperience using LEAP is highly desirableA proactive attitude and ability to work under supervision as well as independentlyIn Return?Salary in the region of £28,000 – £32,000 depending on experienceExposure to high-quality New Build work with ongoing support and trainingOpportunity to work closely with senior solicitors in a collaborative team environmentClear progression prospects for the right candidateThis is a great chance for a Property Paralegal to join a firm with an excellent reputation and a growing conveyancing offering in the London market.property paralegal | new build conveyancing | shared ownership | residential property | LEAP software | london legal jobs
