  • Lead and manage a dedicated team delivering family help services to children and families.
  • Oversee casework management, including handling complex and high-risk cases.
  • Serve as the Family Help Lead Practitioner for allocated casework, ensuring high standards of care.
  • Step in as the Partnership Manager when necessary, exhibiting strong leadership and strategic oversight.
  • Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary management team to provide an integrated children and family service.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and operational development of the Family Hub.
  • Ensure service delivery complies with relevant regulations and standards.
