- Maintain estimate documentation
- Identify cost risks and propose solutions
- Collaborate with teams to meet project budgets
- Estimating experience in construction or fit out - 3+ Years
- Strong numerical & analytical skills
- Able efficiently price upt o £5 Million Worth of tenders
- Familiarity with subcontractor/supplier pricing
- Full UK driving license preferred
