This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, moving seamlessly across touchpoints-from digital and motion to in-store, print, and experiential. You'll collaborate with strategists, researchers, and creatives to uncover opportunities, solve design challenges, and push creative boundaries.As a Senior Designer, you will bring a sharp creative eye, an ability to translate strategy into engaging design, and the confidence to present and defend your work to both clients and internal stakeholders. You'll also play a key role in mentoring junior talent, helping to elevate the overall creative output of the team.What You'll Do
  • Partner with strategists, creatives, and client teams to deliver integrated design solutions that feel cohesive and purposeful.
  • Design across a range of platforms and channels-digital, motion, print, retail, and experiential-ensuring each execution aligns with brand identity and strategy.
  • Generate fresh, original ideas that bring energy and impact to customer experiences.
  • Present design concepts and rationale with clarity and confidence to clients and colleagues alike.
  • Keep pace with cultural trends, design innovations, and new technologies, using them to inspire and evolve your work.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, supporting their growth and helping raise creative standards across the team.
What You'll Need
  • 5+ years of experience in a creative agency, in-house studio, or customer experience-driven environment.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional craft in visual design, with strong work in branding, digital, and motion. (UI/UX skills are a bonus.)
  • Ability to deliver work that combines strong conceptual thinking with commercial impact.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other standard design tools.
  • Experience designing for multiple touchpoints, from digital products and campaigns to experiential and print (artworking ability is helpful but not essential).
  • Confidence in presenting work, articulating design rationale, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
