- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from end-users and stakeholders.
- Support the mapping of complex clinical workflows into functional software features.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and track outcomes and feedback.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure functional and regulatory requirements are met.
- Assist in the creation of user guides and training materials.
- Provide support and training to users in clinical and laboratory environments.
- Contribute to continuous improvements and development of new features.
- Help ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data protection standards.
- A degree in Life Sciences, Health Informatics, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Genuine interest in healthcare or medical technologies—prior experience (e.g., internships) is a plus.
- Understanding of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), clinical systems, or healthcare workflows is desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear, concise communication and documentation abilities.
- Comfortable working in clinical or lab-based settings.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira or Confluence is an advantage.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
