Job Description:Our client, a leading global IT service provider,is recruiting for a Business Product Owner to join their business in the UK.Position Title:Business Product OwnerPosition Type:FTE or Contract - Inside IR35Start Date:ASAPLocation:Weybridge, UK - hybrid workContact:Davor Molnar | +49 (0) 89 23 88 98 63ResponsibilitiesLiaise with Business to understand product vision and outcomesPercolate the business understanding to the rest of the squad/ pod through product requirements / backlogStakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, providing regular updates on product progress, changes, and upcoming features.Build strong relationships with the business stakeholders through regular interactions and updates on progress, including leading ‘show and tell’ sessions and managing the User Acceptance Test (UAT) process.Own Value Realization / KPI metrics - Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of data products, making data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.Drive and foster a strong delivery mindset and culture within the agile product teams, supporting the rapid delivery of business value through a test and learn approach.
