
Product Manager, Engagement Platforms

- Represent my Visa in our issuer integrations including product ideation stage and supporting clients to make the most of my Visa.
- Identify experience innovation within the platform and collaborate with local and European Premium product management for potential enablement.
- Identify and address potential issues and risks related implementations and platform enhancements. Where necessary, feed into pipeline prioritization and product roadmap to ensure challenges are addressed and value delivered.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to lead and collaborate across functions and/or geographies in a complex matrixed environment.
- Ability to prioritise and focus on key deliverables, executing in a fast and entrepreneurial way.
- Ability to define a product backlog using standard categories like epics & user stories and experience making tough trade-offs and prioritisation decisions.
- A self-starter who takes accountability for getting things done.
5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD·3-5 years of experience in the payments industry, preferably in product management at an Issuer.
·Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work creatively and independently.
·Established professional who demonstrates knowledge of website and/or App build and client integration/interactions.
·Experience in simplifying the complex and removing commercial and technical barriers to execution.
·Good understanding of the payments, benefits and/or rewards landscape.
·Strong commercial acumen, data management and analytics skills.
·Great written and verbal communication skills.
·Passion for customer experience, benefits and/or rewards.
·Project Management skills with understanding of both Waterfall and Agile frameworks, including the full software development lifecycle & managing associated budgets.
·Solid understanding of modern technologies (e.g. APIs, cloud solutions etc.)
·Curious and inquisitive problem solver - thrives in difficult and big problem spaces with a bias for action.
