- Salary: Starting salary negotiable plus bonuses, providing an on-target earnings of £30,000+ per annum.
- Hours: 40-hour week with 8-hour days between 8:00am-6:00pm Monday to Friday. Staggered start/finish times on a rota basis.

- Dealing with aftersales calls, booking customers' vehicles into the dealership for service or repairs.
- Accurately inputting customer details and data.
- Initiating the solving of customers' problems in a professional manner.
- Confidently handling incoming and outgoing calls while staying focused on providing outstanding customer service and supporting business growth.
- Creating genuine connections and building strong relationships with every customer, helping boost loyalty and long-term satisfaction.
- Becoming a true product expert who's passionate about what our client offers.
- Making follow-up calls as part of the aftersales marketing campaigns to keep customers informed and engaged.
- Keeping systems accurate and up to date by following established database procedures and guidelines.
