This position is ideal for a recent graduate from a top 20 university, fluent in French, with a passion for recruitment and a keen interest in international markets.The French Speaking Executive Search Consultant will play a pivotal role in supporting senior consultants in identifying and placing high-calibre candidates in executive roles, particularly within French-speaking markets. The ideal candidate will possess strong research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively in both French and English.Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Identification: Use various channels, including professional networks, social media, and job boards, to identify and attract French-speaking candidates for senior roles.
  • Client Liaison: Assist in managing relationships with clients, understanding their specific recruitment needs, and delivering suitable candidates.
  • Market Insight: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to provide insights into industry trends and talent pools within French-speaking regions.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Screen and interview candidates in French and English, assessing their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for client organisations.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions in the company's CRM system, ensuring all information is up to date.
  • Networking and Events: Participate in industry events and networking activities to expand the company's presence and candidate pool in French-speaking markets.
