Managing and processing client payrolls, including complex cases, to agreed deadlines.
Ensuring payroll procedures are followed and compliance maintained.
Building and maintaining effective client relationships.
Responding to employer and employee payroll queries promptly.
Monitoring workflows via the bureau management system.
Supporting pensions set-up and administration.
Previous bureau experience is preferred, and applicants should demonstrate excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
