They have an established team of Building Control Surveyors and Chartered Architects, with varying experience and strengths, which allows for a cohesive team. You will receive great flexibility & work-life balance.This consultancy are cutting edge and are leading the way with Building Safety Act 2022 (BSA) Consultancy and navigating Gateway applications.Building Control SpecialistProviding Building Safety Act (2022) and Building Regulation advise to clients you will aid with the Building Regulation Principal Design service. You will liaise with your team to utilise Design Compliance trackers and ensure smooth transition towards Gateway 2 Applications.Building Control Specialist Requirements
  • Class 2F – with HRB experience (required) – Class 3 G/H (Preferred)
  • Member of a professional organisation: MCABE / RIBA / MCIAT / MICE (Required)
  • Sound knowledge of Building Control/Regulations and Gateway applications (required)
