We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that all materials are handled, stored, and shipped effectively.DutiesOperate warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage stock levels.
Picking and packing goods inline with daily targets.
Handle materials safely and efficiently, ensuring proper storage and organisation within the warehouse.
Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
Conduct basic maths calculations for inventory management and stocktaking.
Assist in equipment repair as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while performing all duties.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.QualificationsProven experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems is an advantage.
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 25 kg) regularly throughout the shift.
Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment is desirable.
Basic maths skills for inventory management tasks.
