You don’t need bags of experience, just the right mindset, a bit of patience, and a genuine interest in SEN (Special Educational Needs). Think autism support, emotional regulation, sensory needs, and a whole lot of 1:1 encouragement.What You’ll Be Doing:Supporting students with ASD, SEMH or PMLD across the school dayHelping out with interventions and small group workBeing that consistent, calm adult they know they can rely onWorking alongside teaching and support staff to create a positive, structured environmentWhat We’re Looking For:A Psychology degree (or relevant field)A calm, flexible approach.
