- Provide integrated pricing support across functions and therapeutic delivery units.
- Translate operational strategies into competitive pricing models aligned with client needs.
- Develop and implement traditional and non-traditional pricing and delivery methodologies.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of pricing tools and systems.
- Participate in strategic discussions to ensure consistent application of pricing strategies.
- Negotiate financial and business terms for contracts, including innovative pricing models.
- Support leadership in achieving team goals and objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Business Management, Contracts, Finance, or CRO industry, with at least 5 years in pricing.
- Strong knowledge of pricing, finance, operations, and contract negotiation within the CRO industry.
- Strategic business acumen and industry awareness.
- Proven analytical skills and experience evaluating business plans.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
