- Acting as the first point of contact for all client queries
- Handling client communications with professionalism — calls, emails, and general queries
- Managing client-specific protocols and processes; identifying opportunities for service improvement
- Coordinating with the Business Development team on marketing and client engagement activity
- Assisting in the preparation of pitches, tenders, and client presentations
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client data and relationship records
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, booking travel/accommodation where needed
- Preparing itineraries, agendas, and documentation for meetings and events
- Coordinating the allocation of work within the team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Managing training programmes — scheduling sessions, allocating trainers, and coordinating materials
- Liaising with senior stakeholders on key client meetings and supporting their preparation
- Administering and tracking documentation
- Assisting with monitoring team performance and compliance against internal policies
- Coordinating client invoicing and ensuring accuracy in invoice schedules
- Assisting with billing queries and providing wider financial support to the legal team as needed
- Organising and attending team meetings; producing minutes and action plans as required
- Updating internal reports, status trackers, and maintaining compliance records
- Contributing to the ongoing improvement of team policies, procedures, and best practices
- £35,000 - £40,000 per annum plus bonus
- Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm
- Hybrid working
